ANDROID: Update pixel symbol list for 80211 modules

Since cfg/mac80211 are disabled in GKI; http://pa/2783128


added them as vendor modules for pixel kernel.

Update Pixel symbol list with cfg/mac80211 as vendor
modules on android15-gs-pixel-6.6 branch
bazel run //private/google-modules/soc/gs:slider_abi_update_symbol_list
