Merge branch 'rproc-linux-4.1.y' of git://git.ti.com/rpmsg/remoteproc into rpmsg-ti-linux-4.1.y

Pull in the updated remoteproc feature branch that implements a
proper solution (relying on DT instead of RSC_INTMEM resource type)
for loading into internal L2RAM memories of the remote processors.
The merge also removes the previous temporary patch that provided
the equivalent functionality.
