ANDROID: db845c: add hwspin_lock_bus() to symbol list

In commit 220725de ("soc: qcom: smem: Add
qcom_smem_bust_hwspin_lock_by_host()"), the smem module wants to call
hwspin_lock_bus() so add that to the db845c symbol list in order to get
that target to build properly.
