Revert "ANDROID: serial: msm_geni_serial_earlycon: Add Earlycon support" 



This reverts commit e1be8701.

Reason for revert: Feature was included for bringup activities that have
moved to the android12-5.10 branch. Will be replaced by upstream
solution.
