Revert "scsi: sd: usb_storage: uas: Access media prior to querying device properties"

This reverts commit b73dd5f9 which is
commit 321da3dc upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
