Revert "Bluetooth: hci_qca: mark OF related data as maybe unused"

This reverts commit eb7b5777 which is
commit 44fac8a2 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
