Revert "ALSA: usb-audio: Apply mutex around snd_usb_endpoint_set_params()"

This reverts commit 06b6de69 which is
commit a74f8d0a upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
