Revert "ALSA: usb-audio: Correct the return code from snd_usb_endpoint_set_params()"

This reverts commit 3191a00d which is
commit 9355b60e upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
