ANDROID: ufs: core: Minimize diffs with upstream

Commit 4b701440 ("ANDROID: ufs: add vendor hooks in the ufs command
processing") introduced an include directive that is not present in the
upstream kernel. Remove that include directive since it is not
necessary.
