ANDROID: gki_defconfig: Enable USB_NET_CDC_NCM 



Per drivers/net/usb/Kconfig:252:
  This driver provides support for CDC NCM (Network Control Model Device USB Class Specification).

For example this includes 2.5gbps capable RTL8156 USB Ethernet dongles.
