ANDROID: gki_defconfig: Enable USB_NET_AQC111

Per drivers/net/usb/Kconfig:620
  USB_NET_AQC111 is "Aquantia AQtion USB to 5/2.5GbE Controllers support"

  This option adds support for Aquantia AQtion USB
  Ethernet adapters based on AQC111U/AQC112 chips.

  This driver should work with at least the following devices:
  * Aquantia AQtion USB to 5GbE
