Revert "media: subdev: Fix use of sd->enabled_streams in call_s_stream()"

This reverts commit beeeea11 which is
commit 1d780428 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
