ASoC : msm: Add IOCTL for Listen LookAhead Buffering 



Add IOCTL support for Listen Look Ahead buffering feature.
LookAhead buffering is a feature used for buffering PCM
data from codec once the successfull keyword detection is
done for a given sound model.
