msm: clock-9625: Remove qpic clocks from lookup table

Currently, qpic and qpic_ahb clocks are controlled by apps.
However, these clocks are shared between apps and modem. So
it is possible that apps turns off these clocks when the
modem still needs them.

Therefore, remove them from lookup table and leave them to
be configured by bootloader.
