msm kgsl: Revert the change which adds GL/Graphics mem to PSS

Revert the change which adds GL/Graphics to PSS of a process. Earlier
fix is not complete and double accounting is seen.

Reverting it will keep the PSS of all processes in sync with old PLs
based on JB and KK_3,5 GL/Graphics memory can be accounted separately as
it has been done till this change was brought in.

Uploading it only on 3.7 and 3.7.1
