power: qpnp-vm-bms: Enable ADC voltage notifications to wake up BMS 



Use the ADC-TM to wake up the system and notify BMS if battery
voltage drops below threshold.
Also add ADC-TM phandle in VM-BMS node and update low battery
voltage threshold to 3.45V.
