arm/dt: msm8974: Remove unnecessary gpio pin config

On simulation platforms, GPIOs 25-36 had an incorrect
out-strength in hardware that resulted in a probe failure in
qpnp-pin. Since the simulation platform is no longer used,
remove this workaround.
