ARM: dts: msm: Add dt support wcnss wdog bite dump 



Add following dt nodes to support wcnss wdog bite register
dump:
- gpios to get gpio numbers of the 5wire interface.
- pintctrl-2 to set gpio mode.
- wcnss_debug and measure clocks.
