arm64: defconfig: Enable CONFIG_USB_MASS_STORAGE 



Enable CONFIG_USB_MASS_STORAGE so that it is possible to
mount the eMMC content in the PC by doing:

modprobe g_mass_storage file=/dev/mmcblk1 removable=1
