board: 8064: Remove support of UHS modes on HRD and DTV machines 



The DDR50 and SDR104 mode is failing with CRC errors on 8064 HRD machines.
Probably due to long distance between the SD card slot and the MPQ.
So, at software level, disabling the UHS modes for both HRD  and DTV
machines.
