ASoC: msm: AC3 32KHz clips playing faster on the SEC I2S interface. 



Configuring the SEC I2S to the corresponding sample rate.
Changing the clock of the SEC I2S to accomodate the 32KHz requirement.
Handling the disable of the afe port for the compressed playback.
