wcnss: Update Riva ramdump segments 



Update the ramdump segments to support Riva 1.1; 7MB is allocated to
Riva now across all 8960 and 8064 platforms.

Riva 1.1 0x8f000000 - 0x8f700000
Riva 1.0 0x8f200000 - 0x8f700000
