ARM: dts: msm: move audio codec node to CDP dtsi 



External codec is supported only for CDP.
As external code node is added in 8916 dtsi file,
gpio's are configured as per codec requirements.
Which is resulting in extra power consumption in MTP.
So move codec node to CDP dtsi file.
