crypto: ahash - Enforce MAX_SYNC_HASH_REQSIZE for sync ahash 



As sync ahash algorithms (currently there are none) are used without
a fallback, ensure that they obey the MAX_SYNC_HASH_REQSIZE rule
just like shash algorithms.
