CHROMIUM: soc: mediatek: mtk-mutex: Fix the confusing naming of MUTEX_MOD2

Since MUTEX_MOD1 is used to define settings over 32 currently,
the previous MUTEX_MOD2 should be renamed to MUTEX_MOD1 for
consistency and to avoid confusion.
