Revert "ANDROID: GKI: update Kconfig options for CONFIG_PREEMPT"

This reverts commit 3d1f7b27 as it is no
longer needed because the config options got renamed back (thankfully)
in commit a8b76910 ("preempt: Restore preemption model selection
configs")
