Revert "i3c: master: Extend address status bit to 4 and add I3C_ADDR_SLOT_EXT_DESIRED"

This reverts commit 432b6884 which is
commit 2f552fa2 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
