Revert "ASoC: soc-dai.c: add missing flag check at snd_soc_pcm_dai_probe()"

This reverts commit bec4296a which is
commit 5c5a7521 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
