ANDROID: GKI: Enable CONFIG_IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_ARMV7S 



To enable IOMMU driver, we need to enable CONFIG_IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_ARMV7S
as build-in by default value in gki_defconfig.
