net: ethernet: ti: am65-cpsw: sync to lkml

commit 93a76530 upstream.

Sync MCU CPSW code to LKML version as max as possible.
Used initial LKML commit to identify that code already upstream.

It will break networking due to binding changes which will be fixed by
following patches.
