Revert "net/mlx5e: Advertise mlx5 ethernet driver updates sk_buff md_dst for MACsec"

This reverts commit ca817d44 which is
commit 39d26a8f upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
