Revert "PCI: xilinx-nwl: Clean up clock on probe failure/removal"

This reverts commit 9cf0b13a which is
commit cfd67903 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
