ASoC: use inclusive language for

We have both

	(A) SND_SOC_DAIFMT_CB{M/S}_CF{M/S} : Master/Slave.
	(B) SND_SOC_DAIFMT_CB{P/C}_CF{P/S} : Provider/Consumer

We should use (B), and want to remove (A). This patch-set do it.
