Revert "USB: UAS: return ENODEV when submit urbs fail with device not attached"

This reverts commit 5e1984ab which is
commit cd5432c7 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
