ANDROID: drm: fixup ABI break in struct drm_framebuffer

Take advantage of a hole in drm_framebuffer to add internal_flags member
and fixup an ABI break.

This is a re-implementaiton of Carlos' similar change for android16-6.12
but using the method for 6.6. Credit to Carlos for the approach and
suggestions for getting this working.
