ANDROID: abi_gki_aarch64_qcom: Add memremap_pages and memunmap_pages

Add the memremap_pages() and memunmap_pages() functions exposed by
CONFIG_ZONE_DEVICE, in order to allow drivers to map device memory in
the logical mapping using memremap_pages().
