mips: dts: lantiq: danube: add missing burst length property

The upstream dts lacks the lantiq,{rx/tx}-burst-length property. Other
issues were also fixed:

	from schema $id: http://devicetree.org/schemas/net/lantiq,etop-xway.yaml#
