drm/bridge: fix CEC message not sent issue 



Buffer allocated by LT9611UXC is not enough to read CEC messages.
Some TVs when broadcast a vendor specified CEC message which
includes 9 bytes, this was causing kernel panic.
The patch corrects the buffer size, and do message length check
when read message from LT9611UXC.
