ANDROID: GKI: add some needed symbols to the exported list for 6.6.18 



Due to changes in 6.6.18, the two symbols:
	dma_max_mapping_size
	pm_runtime_get_if_active
are needed to be tracked so that modules continue to build properly for
the db845c and virt build targets.
