Revert "usb: xhci: Fix NULL pointer dereference on certain command aborts"

This reverts commit fd8bfaeb which is
commit 1e0a1991 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
