Revert "Merge 009a2f6c ("usb: xhci: fix loss of data on Cadence xHC") into android14-5.15-lts"

This reverts commit 805e2a9d, reversing
changes made to 6473ddb2.

This merges away the xhci changes in 5.15.168 as they break the kernel
abi.  If these are needed in the future they can come back in an
abi-safe way.
