Revert "i3c: master: Replace hard code 2 with macro I3C_ADDR_SLOT_STATUS_BITS"

This reverts commit 1c47272e which is
commit 16aed0a6 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
