ANDROID: db845c symbol list additions

In commit f926c022 ("can: mcp251xfd: fix infinite loop when xmit
fails"), the mcp251xfd driver ends up calling some new functions, which
are not exported for the db845c target, so add them to the symbol list
to allow the build to work properly.
