Revert "Merge 2f8f226f ("NFSD: Fix NFSv4's PUTPUBFH operation") into android14-5.15-lts"

This reverts commit 55a00dd0, reversing
changes made to ff949e4f.

The NFS changes do not need to be in our tree as we have rejected them
in earlier stable releases as not relevant AND breaking abis. So merge
around them here as well.
