Revert "ANDROID: Fix invalid caller output in trace_sched_blocked_reason"

This reverts commit 45072073.

It causes massive merge issues with 6.14-rc1 as this portion of the
scheduler has been rewritten, so revert it for now.  If it is needed in
the future, it can come back in a way that works properly.
