Revert "Bluetooth: hci_qca: Set BDA quirk bit if fwnode exists in DT"

This reverts commit 92b8a327 which is
commit 7dcd3e01 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
