ANDROID: GKI: rename the pwrctl modules

In commit b88cbaaa ("PCI/pwrctrl: Rename pwrctl files to pwrctrl"),
the pwrctl files were renamed to pwrctrl, so do the same in the module
lists for the db845c target to fix the build.
