Revert "Bluetooth: btqca: use le32_to_cpu for ver.soc_id"

This reverts commit 29059d0f which is
commit 8153b738 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
