ANDROID: KVM: arm64: Allow non-RWX permissions in __pkvm_host_share_guest() 



In preparation for allowing RO mappings in non-protected stage-2
page-tables with pKVM, refactor the __pkvm_host_share_guest() path to
accept a caller-specified permission.
