ANDROID: allmodconfig targets uses kernel_build.defconfig 



... and post_defconfig_fragments, instead of using build configs
DEFCONFIG and POST_DEFCONFIG_CMDS.

Note: CONFIG_UNWINDER_FRAME_POINTER is dropped for aarch64 because it is
not supported.
